Dr. Mousa Alnabhan is a retired full professor of educational research methodology with over three decades of academic, research, and leadership experience across the Arab world. His expertise lies in statistics, psychometrics, and educational assessment, with a career dedicated to improving the quality and fairness of measurement in education.

Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Alnabhan held senior positions at institutions including Mu’tah University, United Arab Emirates University, and Arabian Gulf University, where he served as Vice Dean of Graduate Studies. He led national and regional projects focused on test development, gifted student identification, and assessment reform, often in collaboration with ministries of education and international organizations.

His research contributed significantly to the development and standardization of psychological and educational instruments, as well as to the understanding of emotional intelligence as a factor in academic performance and leadership. He also authored several influential Arabic-language textbooks on statistics, measurement, and research methods, widely used across Arab universities.

Over the years, Dr. Alnabhan participated in more than 30 international conferences and seminars and served as a consultant, supervisor, and journal reviewer. His work continues to shape research practices and educational policy in the Arab region.
